MINI of Universal City is seeking a high-performing, experienced Used Car Manager to lead our pre-owned sales operation and help drive the next phase of growth.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to maximize profitability, and can develop a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate is highly engaged, customer-focused, and passionate about creating a culture of accountability and success.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the used vehicle sales department
  • Drive sales volume, profitability, and inventory turn
  • Desk and structure deals to maximize gross profit while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, coach, train, and develop sales professionals
  • Hold the team accountable to performance goals and daily activity
  • Work closely with inventory managers and buyers to maintain an attractive and profitable inventory mix
  • Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and vehicle acquisition opportunities
  • Ensure a premium customer experience from initial contact through delivery
  • Review and analyze department KPIs including units sold, gross profit, inventory aging, and CSI
  • Collaborate with dealership leadership to execute sales initiatives and achieve monthly objectives
