We are seeking a mission-driven, highly organized K–12 Catholic Curriculum Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of this multi-year curriculum initiative. Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of the K–12 curriculum development, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, feedback loops, and performance tracking.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate internal teams (content writers, designers, editors, videographers, etc.) and external partners (educators, subject matter experts, freelance contributors) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of curriculum materials.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with content creators and USCCB consultants to ensure all content is faithful to Church teaching, age-appropriate, pedagogically sound, and aligned with the highest educational standards.
  • Process Optimization: Design and implement scalable workflows for curriculum planning, review, and iteration, ensuring clear communication and consistent progress.
  • Milestone & Resource Management: Establish and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple grade levels and media formats (print, digital, video).
  • Feedback & Evaluation: Coordinate focus groups and feedback loops with Catholic schools and educators to test and refine materials prior to broader release.
  • Mission Alignment: Develop a deep understanding of the Dynamic Catholic mission and brand, and ensure that all elements of the curriculum are aligned with the mission and uphold the brand.

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, with demonstrated success managing complex, multi-phase projects with diverse stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
