A-Shift: $19.50 per hour

B-Shift: $20.00 per hour

Continue approximately half a mile and turn left onto Hendrix Road.

Look for a fenced-in red brick building with two garage doors on the left.

The facility is located before the railroad tracks.

An Active Job That Keeps You Moving

Road & Rail Services is hiring Vehicle Loaders for our Greer automotive operation.

In this hands-on position, you will drive newly manufactured vehicles onto railcars and help secure them for transportation. The work involves walking, climbing, entering and exiting vehicles, and spending much of your shift outdoors.

This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, being outside, and contributing to a team where safety and attention to detail matter.

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

Drive newly manufactured vehicles onto railcars

Position vehicles in the correct location according to loading instructions

Secure vehicles for safe transportation

Move vehicles between production, staging, and parking areas

Enter and exit multiple vehicles throughout the shift

Climb railcar ladders and work at heights of up to 20 feet

Inspect vehicle placement and securement before transport

Follow designated driving routes and traffic patterns

Communicate with team members during the loading process

Follow all company, customer, and facility safety procedures

Report vehicle damage, equipment problems, and unsafe conditions

What the Work Is Like

This position includes:

Outdoor work

Regular walking, standing, bending, and climbing

Repeated entry into and exit from vehicles

Work in heat, cold, rain, and other changing weather conditions

A fast-moving automotive and rail environment

Work performed on and around multilevel railcars
