Job description

DIHO Consulting USA LLC is seeking qualified applicants for an Electrical Field Supervisor opportunity in Houston, TX. This position is responsible for overseeing multiple commercial and industrial electrical construction projects, managing field personnel, coordinating jobsite activities, enforcing safety requirements, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Electrical Foreman or General Foreman looking to advance into a broader leadership role supervising multiple crews and projects across the Houston area.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Electrical Foremen, Journeyman Electricians, Apprentices, Subcontractors, and field crews.
  • Oversee multiple commercial and industrial electrical construction projects simultaneously.
  • Manage project schedules, manpower, labor productivity, and jobsite coordination.
  • Review electrical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, inspections, and field resources.
    Monitor project progress and support successful completion within established deadlines.
  • Enforce OSHA, NFPA 70E, NEC, and company safety requirements.
    Conduct safety meetings, jobsite inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
  • Communicate regularly with Project Managers, General Contractors, Clients, and Inspectors.
  • Train, mentor, and support Foremen and field personnel.
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure work is completed according to project requirements.
  • Travel between multiple project sites throughout the Houston area as needed.

Must-Haves

  • Minimum of 8+ years of commercial and/or industrial electrical construction experience.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Electrical Foreman or General Foreman.
  • Experience supervising multiple crews, employees, or projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Experience with manpower planning, productivity management, and project scheduling.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical construction safety practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel between project sites throughout the Houston area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with electrical distribution systems.
  • Experience with emergency power systems, generators, and UPS systems.
  • Experience with electrical testing and commissioning.
  • Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction software.
  • OSHA and/or NFPA 70E training or certifications.

Compensation
