Job description

Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 per year

Home time: Two days every other week

Area of operation: Regional routes east of I‑35

Equipment: Late‑model Freightliner tractors; automatic; fully equipped

Freight: Dry van; 100% no‑touch freight

Paid training: Initial 4–6 weeks with a mentor; training stipend provided ($650 per week)

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles safely and in full compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
  • Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes east of I‑35, meeting scheduled pickup and delivery windows and customer requirements.
  • Conduct thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections; promptly report defects or maintenance needs.
  • Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation consistent with regulatory and company standards.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch; follow routing and delivery instructions.
  • Secure freight properly to prevent damage or loss and follow applicable handling procedures for dry van loads.
  • Report accidents, delays, safety concerns, or compliance issues immediately and cooperate with investigations or corrective actions.
  • Represent 10‑4 Logistics USA professionally during interactions with customers and the public.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Valid Class A CDL (CDL‑A).
  • Completion of at least 120 hours of truck driving school within the last 12 months (recent graduate requirement).
  • Minimum age: 21 years.
  • Ability to meet DOT medical requirements and to pass required pre‑employment and periodic drug and alcohol screenings.
  • Proficiency in English sufficient for safe vehicle operation and effective communication with dispatch and customers.
