Responsibilities for Executive Assistant include but are not limited to:
· Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, conferences, and events.
· Coordinate meeting logistics, reserve conference rooms, arrange audio-visual equipment, and prepare meeting materials.
· Monitor executive schedules, prioritize conflicting demands, and proactively manage calendar changes.
· Send meeting invitations, reminders, and follow-up communications.
· Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
· Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
· Draft, edit, format, and proofread business communications, reports, presentations, and other documents.
· Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
· Foster strong working relationships with leaders, colleagues, customers, and business partners.
· Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
· Ensure all travel logistics are planned efficiently and aligned with business requirements.
· Support executive events, leadership meetings, and off-site engagements.
· Provide day-to-day administrative support, including document management, filing, copying, mailing, and records maintenance.
· Coordinate administrative activities across departments and business functions.
· Support departmental initiatives, projects, and executive requests as needed.
· Maintain organized documentation and administrative processes to improve efficiency.
· Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for strategic decision-making.
· Compile, analyze, and present data to support business planning and operational initiatives.
· Assist in preparing executive-level presentations and business reviews.
· Conduct research and gather information for projects, reports, and leadership initiatives.
· Support cross-functional projects and departmental initiatives.
· Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
· Collaborate with various business units to coordinate administrative and operational activities.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
Candidates for Executive Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:
· High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· 6–8 years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
· Experience supporting Director-level leaders and above preferred.
· Proven ability to manage complex calendars, competing priorities, and multiple deadlines.
· Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay Details: $37.13 to $48.60 per hour
