Position Summary
We're hiring an Operations Support Specialist to work directly with our Vice President and General Manager. This entry-level position is designed for a recent college graduate ready to develop into an Operations Manager. You’ll gain experience in compliance, reporting, logistics, and team coordination.

What You'll Do

  • Support daily operations and administrative tasks
  • Track KPIs and report performance metrics
  • Maintain documentation and compliance systems
  • Assist with SOP creation and team onboarding
  • Coordinate cross-departmental projects
  • Participate in weekly team meetings
  • Help manage fleet and facility compliance

Qualifications

  • Recent college graduate
