Job description

MN Urology is currently seeking a full time Registered Nurse (RN) in Woodbury, MN.

Monday-Friday

Regular Daytime Hours, No Evenings, No Weekends, No Holidays! With a $1,500 sign on bonus

Minnesota Urology is the largest independent urologic specialty practice in the state of Minnesota and was formed as an integration of Minnesota's two most respected independent urology practices; Minnesota Urology and Urology Associates. Primary Objective

To ensure the delivery of quality patient care through effective oversight of triage functions, coordination of prescription prior authorizations, providing education and resources to patients and their families, and assisting with special procedures including UroNav and TRUS biopsies as well as Urodynamics testing.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborates with all members of the Minnesota Urology Health Care Team to ensure the delivery of quality patient care.
• Initiates prescription prior authorizations for patient medications.
• Assists providers with special procedures including UroNav and TRUS biopsies.
• Administers Urodynamics testing.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of MN. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • Three plus years of experience in clinical nursing; specialty practice experience preferred.
