Pay Rate: $500.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking highly qualified Board-Certified Urologists to provide services at Lebanon VA Medical Center and affiliated outpatient clinics in Pennsylvania. This role includes clinic and surgical coverage and requires physicians with strong experience across general, complex, and robotic urologic procedures.

Required Clinical Capabilities:
Candidates must be able to perform a broad range of urologic procedures, including:

  • Partial and radical nephrectomy (robotic/open)
  • Radical prostatectomy (robotic)
  • Simple prostatectomy (robotic)
  • Varicocele repair (robotic)
  • Partial cystectomy (robotic)
  • Prostate fusion biopsy
  • Vasovasostomy
  • All aspects of endourology
  • Complex urodynamics
  • Sexual dysfunction treatment
  • Recurrent UTI management

Special Requirements:

  • At least 2 of the 3 proposed surgeons must meet DaVinci robotic surgery requirements
  • At least 1 of the 3 proposed surgeons must be a female provider fellowship-trained in female urology
  • The female provider must be able to perform services including:
    • Complex urodynamics
    • Urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse treatment
    • Sling placement
    • Periurethral bulking agent procedures
    • Sacrocolpopexy (robotic)
    • Burch procedure (robotic)
    • Pelvic floor pain treatment
    • Sexual dysfunction treatment
    • Recurrent UTI management
    • InterStim procedures
