Job Details:
  • Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care across outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital settings, delivering high-quality, evidence-based medical services
  • Manage a diverse patient panel including prenatal, delivery, postnatal care, gynecological surgeries, and preventative women's health services
  • Conduct inpatient hospital rounds regularly or coordinate care coverage with hospitalists to ensure continuity of care
  • Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team including primary care providers, pediatricians, CRNAs, advanced practice providers, and specialty consultants
  • Utilize state-of-the-art procedural rooms equipped for ultrasound, colposcopy, and urodynamics, as well as a newly acquired robot-assisted surgical system
  • Participate in a shared call schedule to provide after-hours support while maintaining work-life balance
  • Join and collaborate with a skilled Midwifery team including CNMs and a Family Practice CNM
  • Lead and mentor advanced practice providers and support staff within the clinical team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on professional development
  • Document thoroughly all medical histories, physical exams, consultations, procedures, and treatment plans in compliance with hospital and legal requirements
  • Engage in continuous education and professional growth opportunities using provided CME allowance and dedicated development time
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department and hospital
  • Support hospital outreach efforts, including patient care in additional clinical locations affiliated with the medical group
  • Minimum 2 years of OB/GYN experience required; 2-5 years highly preferred
  • Active Missouri license required or willingness to obtain
  • DEA and CSR/CDS required prior to start
  • J1 visa sponsorship available
  • Not accepting Locums or 1099 candidates
