Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art surgical center located in Carson City, Nevada. As a full-time staff member, you will work a Monday to Friday schedule, collaborating closely with dermatologists, physician assistants, and aesthetic specialists in a fast-paced yet supportive environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations and accurately diagnose skin disorders and diseases.
  • Order and interpret necessary diagnostic tests, such as skin biopsies and imaging studies, to inform treatment plans.
  • Develop tailored treatment recommendations for skin conditions, including prescribing medications and advising on skincare regimens.
  • Assist in a variety of dermatological procedures, such as excisions, cryotherapy, laser surgery, biopsies, and skin cancer surgeries.
  • Administer injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
  • Educate patients about treatment options, preventive skincare measures, and post-procedural care, enhancing their overall understanding and engagement.
  • Uphold the standards of HIPAA compliance, ensuring that patient confidentiality is maintained in all practices.

Qualifications

  • Must be capable of working autonomously while also contributing positively to a team environment.

Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in dermatology is preferred, particularly in clinical environments where both medical and cosmetic procedures are offered.
  • Experience with a variety of procedural techniques in dermatology will enhance your application.
  • Possession of an active Physician Assistant License is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 95,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
