This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art surgical center located in Carson City, Nevada. As a full-time staff member, you will work a Monday to Friday schedule, collaborating closely with dermatologists, physician assistants, and aesthetic specialists in a fast-paced yet supportive environment. • Perform comprehensive physical examinations and accurately diagnose skin disorders and diseases.
• Order and interpret necessary diagnostic tests, such as skin biopsies and imaging studies, to inform treatment plans.
• Develop tailored treatment recommendations for skin conditions, including prescribing medications and advising on skincare regimens.
• Assist in a variety of dermatological procedures, such as excisions, cryotherapy, laser surgery, biopsies, and skin cancer surgeries.
• Administer injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
• Educate patients about treatment options, preventive skincare measures, and post-procedural care, enhancing their overall understanding and engagement.
• Uphold the standards of HIPAA compliance, ensuring that patient confidentiality is maintained in all practices.

We treat patients of various age groups, with diverse skin types and conditions, requiring an adaptive approach to patient engagement and communication. • A Bachelor's Degree is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience in General and Cosmetic Dermatology.
• In-depth knowledge of dermatological disorders, skin cancer treatments, and excisional/surgical techniques is essential.
• Ability to join team meetings regularly and actively engage in ongoing training and professional development.
• Must be capable of working autonomously while also contributing positively to a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a patient-first attitude are essential for success in this role.

• Previous experience in dermatology is preferred, particularly in clinical environments where both medical and cosmetic procedures are offered.
• Experience with a variety of procedural techniques in dermatology will enhance your application.
• Possession of an active Physician Assistant License is highly desirable.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 95,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
