Position Overview:

The Security Officer is responsible for all guardhouse operations, primarily focusing on access control. You will monitor and control the entry of all guests, vendors, and contractors by operating the community gate system, ensuring a secure and controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate from a dedicated guardhouse post to monitor community access.
  • Professionally greet residents and their guests.
  • Verify and grant entry to authorized guests, vendors, and delivery personnel.
  • Efficiently and safely operate the gate system.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all visitor and vendor activity.
  • Monitor surveillance equipment and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
  • Provide assistance and information to residents and visitors in a courteous manner.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a reliable transportation (your own vehicle ) and be able to commute to Alpharetta, GA.
  • No Experience Required.
  • Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.
