Bilingual Staffing Recruiter
Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Bilingual Staffing Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Utilize ATS and HRIS platforms to track candidates and maintain accurate recruitment records.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and support employee orientation programs.

Qualifications
  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or human resources.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and [Second Language].
  • Knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems such as Workday, iCIMS, Lever, Taleo, or similar platforms.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
