Additional Information About the Role

BJC is currently seeking a Sr. Data Analytics Strategist for a remote position. The ideal candidate will have experience in analytics within the healthcare industry and should be familiar with tools such as Tealium or Power BI.  This role is responsible for setting up and maintaing the tracking on various websites.

Directs the flow of company information on the BJC HealthCare web site to ensure it reflects the desired image and identity of the system; identifies and manages implementable technologies to make communication faster and more effective.

Leads Marketing & Communications Data Analytics working with other BJC data stakeholders to delivering information support decision making through the production of intelligence on both process and outcome measures in all domains of digital marketing performance (KPIs, Consumer engagement and conversion measures) Provides guidance to leaders on data analytics related to formal PI initiatives and continuous improvement team activity. Supports management team on creation and/or access to reports, dashboards and scorecards across website analytics, EPIC and a variety of other portals. Serves as the main data analytics and business intelligence point contact for all levels of management.

Responsibilities

  • Leads or is considered the subject matter expert on data analytics and business intelligence related to process and outcome performance for complex and strategic marketing & communications initiatives, including translating national standards market trends and BJC wide consumer data interface performance into hospital BJC wide and department performance standards. Projects will include study design, decision support research, and healthcare data exchange standard, and consumer journey across clinical workflows clinical workflow as it relates to the department.
  • Proactively identifies areas for analytical opportunities within Marketing & Communications and across the system. Prioritizes and coordinates efforts across the system, and provides guidance for future strategic and tactical needs.
  • Interacts proactively and effectively with the Marketing & Communications Management Team directly, and through the data governance Management team on a regular basis to ensure to ensure high quality deliverables.
  • Drives and/or supports cross-functional projects that focus on delivering value through strategic initiatives and process improvement.
