Position Overview:

Account Managers work directly with our customers to ensure the highest level of satisfaction with our operations that we perform services for. It is important that they maintain and develop a strong relationship and connection with our customers to work directly with them and address any possible needs with the account. They must ensure that our contracts with our customers are properly carried out by our operational team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

Properly ensuring that our assets (defined as our customers, aircraft, our staff, ground support equipment and facilities) are maintained to the highest standard;

Develop and cultivate strong relations and retention with assigned customer and be an active member of the airport community;

Ensure the account with assigned customer operates according to contract, service level agreement and coordinate interactions at all levels internally and externally;

Provide hands-on supervision of the staff and delegate workload. Including but not limited to hiring and retaining employees, scheduling, training and time submission of payroll;

Assist the General Manager and/or Operations Manager with station audits, provide information needed for reports, and handle all airline and FAA questions/concerns as required;

Required Skills and Experience:

Must be at least 18 years old;

 Successful completion of the SIDA airport badging or background check process required for this location;

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications;

Work Environment:

Indoor office environment with the potential of remaining seated for extended periods of time;

Continuous use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse;

 Warehouse - physically strenuous, prolonged periods of time standing with exposure to noise (may be excessive at times), safe but potentially unpleasant odors, varying temperatures and humidity, in and around heavy moving equipment;

Outdoor - prolonged periods of time standing with exposure to prevalent weather, dust, dirt, fuel, fumes and noise, in or around heavy equipment and moving vehicles;

May be exposed to hazards inherent in airport operations, including noise, vehicles, equipment, and weather, all of which are well-managed with a high level of training, personal protective equipment, and safety procedures.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to carry, push, pull, climb 15 feet in height, lift up to and in excess of 70 pounds;

Specific Vision Abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
