Job Description:

As a Business Development Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to reach and exceed sales targets. This position is eligible for our sales incentive plan and offers the annual management incentive plan, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Incentives are not guaranteed and are dependent upon individual and/or company performance.
