What are some common challenges faced by a UPS Associate during peak shipping seasons?

During peak shipping seasons, such as the holidays, UPS Associates often experience a significant increase in package volume, which can lead to longer shifts and a faster-paced work environment. Adapting quickly and communicating effectively with supervisors and coworkers can help overcome these challenges.
