A growing insurance and consulting organization is seeking a Commercial Lines Business Development Executive to drive new business growth and expand commercial property & casualty relationships throughout the market. This role is ideal for an experienced producer looking for a larger platform-or a high-performing Commercial Lines Account Manager or Account Executive ready to transition into sales with substantial support and opportunity.
Commercial insurance experience is required.
The Job:
  • Develop new Commercial Lines business relationships across small, middle-market, and large accounts.
  • Leverage an established client base with significant untapped cross-selling opportunities.
  • Partner with internal Employee Benefits, Retirement, HR Consulting, Payroll, PEO, and Wealth Management teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
  • Create and execute strategic prospecting plans supported by marketing and sales enablement resources.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to identify opportunities and drive new revenue.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients manage risk and protect their businesses.
  • Play a key role in shaping the future growth and direction of the Commercial Lines practice.
