Job Description
Overall Purpose: perform skilled and unskilled work in buildings to include preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, cleaning, and room setups in the Lehigh region.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Basic Electrical Troubleshooting Skills Lighting, Lighting Controllers, Fuses, Motors, Outlets, Switches, Etc.;
  • Preventative Maintenance On Overhead Doors;
  • Basic Carpentry and Painting duties
  • General Plumbing Repairs Leaking
  • Minor Landscaping, Weed Control, Trimming, Mulching, Raking, Etc.;
  • Work To Be Performed In Allentown/Bethlehem/Telford/South Whitehall During Regular Day-Time Hours With The Possibility Of 10 Hours Overtime Per Month.
