Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Develop collaborative relationships with clients, supporting them throughout their therapeutic journey while tracking progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss case reviews, share best practices, and contribute to a positive team environment focused on the collective success of our therapists and clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health treatment methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your role is crucial in helping these individuals navigate their emotional landscapes and develop coping strategies to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives. Qualifications

• A master’s level degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology from a regionally accredited university.
• An active clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) for practicing therapy in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adult populations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing evidence-based practices, specifically Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
• Strong writing skills for documentation purposes, ensuring that all case notes and session summaries are clear and comprehensive.
• A clean professional record, free of disciplinary actions from any licensing board.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
