An ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent customer service skills, have experience with cash handling, be reliable, and overall positive and professional attitude and have the willingness to learn. Banking experience is preferred, but not required.


Duties & Responsibilities:

The Universal Banker position is available in three levels. Higher levels take on additional responsibilities and are compensated at a higher rate. The Universal Banker level is determined upon knowledge, skills, abilities, and job duties.

  • The Universal Banker I is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer transactions including, but not limited to: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, cashier's checks, night deposits, commercial change orders, other routine requests, etc.ย 
  • The Universal Banker II is responsible for Universal Banker I responsibilities as well as: forecasting branch cash needs, cash ordering and shipments, balancing the coin machine, overseeing ATM replenishment, basic new account functions, processing wires, conducting drawer audits, assisting with training new employees, etc.ย 
  • The Universal Banker III is responsible for Universal Banker I & II responsibilities as well as: advanced new account functions, including but not limited to, opening and closing checking, savings, CD's, IRA's, business accounts, safe deposit boxes, debit cards, identifying fraud, account maintenance, etc.ย
