• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Develop and deliver individual, family, and group therapies using proven treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.
• Formulate and execute individualized treatment plans that align with each client's specific goals and needs.
• Actively collaborate with an interdisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic client care.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning, using your keen risk assessment skills to identify and respond to clients in distress.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to promote peer engagement and community recovery.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards, ensuring all client records are up-to-date.
• Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to stay abreast of best practices in social work and mental health treatment.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele, ranging from children to elderly adults, each facing unique challenges. Your expertise will empower individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues to find the support they need, fostering resilience and growth within their personal journeys. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in a mental health or outpatient setting, with a minimum of two years of practical experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and their application in treatment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.

• Experience working with diverse populations, demonstrating cultural competence in therapeutic practices.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and client management.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities, such as trauma-informed care or play therapy.
