• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health issues, strengths, and resources essential for crafting tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring goals are measurable and achievable.
• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies and improve client outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when needed, ensuring the immediate well-being of clients in transitional phases or emergencies.
• Maintain consistent and thorough documentation that aligns with ethical and legal standards to track client progress and activities.
• Facilitate educational and support group sessions, enhancing community engagement while focusing on shared experiences of mental health challenges.

Unity Harbor Center serves a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, all presenting unique mental health needs. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong foundational knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and treatment methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, ensuring clarity and understanding in therapeutic contexts.

• A minimum of two years' experience in a mental health or outpatient setting wherein you’ve developed a comprehensive understanding of client care.
• Previous experience working with multi-disciplinary teams to manage holistic client care.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually based on experience, in addition to a competitive sign-on bonus. Benefits include:
