Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and maintain individualized treatment plans that outline clear therapeutic goals, strategies for intervention, and progress monitoring.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.
  • Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.
