Unity Harbor Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. You will engage with clients through virtual sessions, leveraging telehealth technologies to deliver high-quality therapeutic care.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available support networks.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities tailored to client needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Formulate and maintain individualized treatment plans that outline clear therapeutic goals, strategies for intervention, and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.
• Create and lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups aimed at building skills and coping mechanisms.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Our diverse clientele includes individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and life transitions. As part of the Unity Harbor Center team, you will engage with clients from a multitude of backgrounds, acknowledging and addressing the unique cultural considerations they bring to therapy.

• A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health settings, particularly in outpatient care.
• Proficient understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills for effective client engagement.

• Experience working with trauma-informed care and culturally competent practices.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and client management.
• Prior experience in telehealth delivery of services.
