Allina Health is seeking a Hospital-Based Clinic (HBC) Psychiatrist to join our team at Unity Campus in Fridley, Minnesota. This opportunity offers a highly flexible practice model for psychiatrists who value meaningful clinical work, schedule predictability, and choice in how they practice.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $340,025 to $351,000 per year
The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
