Inpatient Psychiatrist Needed in South Texas A psychiatrist is needed to join an inpatient unit due to physician shortages and a rapidly growing population in a beautiful area of south Texas. Currently, it is an adult-only unity, but there are plans to add an adolescent unit in the future. The group also moonlights for a local addiction treatment facility.

Experience working with a diverse adult patient mix with high acuity is necessary for this position, and interest in adolescent care is a plus. Scheduling will be Monday through Friday with consults and call on a rotating basis. Student loan repayment is available in this position, as well as J-1 waivers.
