Job description

Our Healthcare client based in NJ is looking for an Epic HIM Lead Application Analyst for a 6 month contract. This position will be remote-based, with potential to travel onsite for key meetings.
Job Start Date - ASAP
Job End Date - 11/17/26
Summary:
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Epic HIM. applications and workflows
  • Work closely with HIM leaders, clinical partners, and IT team members to ensure continuity, stability, and forward momentum across critical HIM systems.
  • Balance hands-on application support with day-to-day team leadership.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical oversight to application analysts.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex issues involving integrated systems.
  • Partner with HIM, clinical, and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and identify effective solutions.
