HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Atlantis, Florida.

Unit Specifics:

Β·       Number of Beds : 36

Β·       Patient Ratios : 4-6:1

Β·       Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) :  1 unit secretary and 3-4 PCAs

Β·       Type of equipment :  Vitals machines, heart monitors, chest tubes, LVADs, dopplers, temporary pacers

Β·       Documentation system:  Meditech

Β·       Scheduling requirements:  3  12-hour shifts, every other weekend

Β·       Floating policy:  Travelers float first but in turn with each other

Β·       Patient Experience requirements:  Hourly safety rounds, bedside shift report, sit and speak with patients about their care.
