What You’ll Do- Provide strong leadership and direction to nursing staff to ensure high-quality, outcomes-focused care
- Manage daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that support patient-centered care
- Build relationships with residents and families to understand and meet their care needs
