Job description

District Manager (DM) generally provides leadership, coaching and direction to approximately 5-8 restaurants. A DM supports Restaurant Manager(s) to ensure excellent restaurant operations, helps to maximize sales and profits of each restaurant and to ensure they are delivering great guest service and meeting and executing all applicable Brand standards.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Overseeing between 4-6 Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins restaurants and reporting to the Director of Operations.
  • Working with Store Manager to oversee all aspects of operations for their shops.
  • Attaining high levels of guest satisfaction by instilling a sense of urgency around guest service among all employees
  • Recruiting, training and developing qualified Restaurant Managers and fostering a learning environment throughout all restaurants
  • Maintaining A-rated restaurants in full compliance with Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins operational guidelines and food safety standards
  • Growing sales by creating and implementing customized marketing plans and driving Managers and employees to achieve targeted goals
  • Meeting budgetary requirements for controls by utilizing technology to analyze trends and taking action to impact the bottom line

Requirements:

1-3 years in a multi-unit management capacity, in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a quick service restaurant (QSR) is preferred.
