Job Title: Skilled Nursing Unit Manager (RN)

Location: Dublin Post Acute

Position Type: Full-Time

Pay: based on experience

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Skilled Nursing Unit Manager. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and effective staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
  • Coordinate and manage daily operations of the skilled nursing unit
  • Ensure delivery of quality resident care in accordance with federal, state, and facility standards
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements (CMS, state guidelines)
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, therapy, and social services
  • Conduct staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and ongoing training
  • Oversee care plans, documentation, and clinical outcomes
  • Address resident and family concerns in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
  • Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
