???? What You’ll Do:
As our RN Unit Manager, you will lead and coordinate total nursing care for residents on your assigned unit while supporting and guiding your team.

✨ Key Responsibilities:
• Complete assessments, MDS, and care plans
• Perform medication administration & treatments
• Conduct chart audits
• Manage admissions & discharge planning
• Ensure compliance with State & Federal regulations
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff
• Drive quality assurance initiatives


What We’re Looking For:
• Current Wisconsin RN License
MDS experience (required)
• Prior supervisory experience (preferred)
• Strong leadership & communication skills
