Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Ganado, Arizona.

Description
In this role, you will provide professional nursing care for acutely and critically ill patients, ensuring adherence to physician orders and established policies. Your responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and leading ancillary staff. You will also monitor patients' conditions, perform necessary procedures, and maintain accurate health records. This position allows you to contribute to a safe and compassionate care environment while working within a supportive team.

  • Successfully pass the background investigation and Employee Health.
  • NRP required within 6 months of hire.
