Generalย 

As aย Medical Assistant, you will:ย 

  • Assistย the provider with examinations and proceduresย 
  • Collect and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, etc.)
  • Prepare and administer medications as directed by a provider
  • Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for testing
  • Maintainย accurateย patient records and ensure confidentiality
  • Assistย with patient registration, appointment scheduling,ย insurance documentation, and billing processes
  • Assist providers during women's health and maternal care visits - exams, screenings, and hands-on support
  • Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are properly sanitized
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations per the state of Missouri
  • Participate in community outreach events to promote community engagement with the mobile clinic program

Qualifications & Requirementsย
