• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, presenting concerns, and personal goals through telephonic and video consultations.
• Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions for a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management, to empower clients on their path to recovery.
• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions that explore relationship dynamics and improve communication skills among family members.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique requirements, incorporating evidence-based interventions and setting measurable objectives.
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, employing effective de-escalation techniques and supportive resources.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and community resources, enhancing their understanding and empowerment in managing their mental health.
• Maintain thorough and confidential electronic health records in adherence to legal & ethical standards, documenting assessments, treatment progress, and outcomes.
• Uphold ethical principles and legal requirements in all counseling practices, reinforcing client confidentiality and informed consent.

• A Master's or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to practice in Texas.

• Prior experience in an outpatient mental health setting is strongly preferred.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, structured through a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates to ensure timely compensation without the wait for reimbursement.
