• Conduct and facilitate individual therapy sessions with clients via our secure online platform, ensuring a professional, empathetic, and therapeutic atmosphere.
• Assess client needs through thorough intake evaluations, identifying underlying issues and collaboratively developing tailored treatment plans that align with their mental health goals.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and facilitate continued improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive and compliant client records, ensuring that all documentation meets legal and ethical standards in mental health care.
• Collaborate with a network of mental health professionals, leveraging interdisciplinary approaches to provide holistic care and insights.
• Stay informed about best practices and advancements in mental health therapy, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and ethical practice.

Your client base will include individuals navigating a variety of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to more complex emotional and psychological challenges. • A Bachelor’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Active licensure as a mental health therapist in Texas, which may include: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual therapy, with a strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and practices.
• Familiarity and comfort with digital tools and technology, with the ability to adapt to emerging telehealth platforms.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
• Capacity to work independently while also being an active participant in a collaborative team environment.

• Experience with teletherapy and digital health services is highly desirable.
• Background in treating diverse populations, including those from varying cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
• Proficiency in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care, is valued.
