Gentle Motion Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated and culturally competent Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time remote role. This full-time role allows for a remote working environment, accommodating a modern and flexible work style that supports work-life balance. While core working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, some flexibility in scheduling may be required to meet the needs of our patients effectively. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be a central figure in our outpatient office's services and will work closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that account for cultural and personal experiences, positioning you to develop personalized and effective treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique background, ensuring culturally responsive care that respects individual differences.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on addressing mental health concerns, promoting resilience, and fostering a sense of community among patients.
• Engage in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied professionals for comprehensive patient care, ensuring the highest standards of treatment and support.
• Provide crisis intervention services for patients in urgent need, demonstrating strong situational awareness and effective response techniques.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues and available treatment options, guiding them in navigating community resources designed to support their recovery.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems proficiently.
• Participate actively in case conferences, team meetings, and training sessions focused on cultural competency to continually enhance your professional skill set.
• Stay informed about the latest research, treatment models, and cultural trends in mental health to provide progressive and effective therapy to clients.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
• A deep understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment strategies, and the ability to employ cultural competence in therapeutic settings.
• Proven experience delivering both individual and group therapy, employing inclusive strategies that resonate with a wide range of clients.
• Strong crisis intervention skills and the capacity to remain composed amidst challenging clinical situations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and applicable technological tools.
• A strong commitment to upholding professional boundaries, ethical practices, and patient confidentiality.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to a goal-oriented environment.

• Experience in an outpatient setting, particularly in culturally diverse environments.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care practices.
• Evidence of continued professional development and interest in advanced training in multicultural competencies.

The salary range for this full-time licensed therapist role is competitive, offering yearly earnings between USD 70,000 to 100,000 based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
