D100 Data Model & View Design Document

C100 HP ITBA Installation

DESIGN Tasks/Activities:

Review existing Legacy Systems to be integrated with ITBA as well as data requirements for each data source. Here is a list of Data Sources to be covered:

o eBI/eSODA

o IPSoft

o ServiceNow

o EMC SRM

o Arcsight

o Algesec

o Brocade Network

o Aruba Airewave

o Riverbed Net

o Hobbit/Xymon

o F5 Net Mgr

Review current supported Views for data requirements:

o Interaction Management Views

o Incident Management Views

o Problem Management Views

o Change Management Views

o Request Fulfillment Management Views Configuration Management Views

o Availability Management Views

o Capacity Management Views

o Performance Management Views

o Customer Command Center Views

Design overall solution Data Model (Extended Data Model) for the entire Project, ensuring that the Extended Data Model leverages the out of the box ITBA (OOTB) data model as well as eBI/eSODA Data Model

Design a list of ITBA Dashboards (Views) to replace required Views from above

Define at a high-level Scorecards/KPIs as follows:

o Server Management one (1) Scorecard and up to ten (10) KPIs

o Network Management one (1) Scoreacrd and up to five (5) KPIs

o Storage Management one (1) Scorecard and up to five (5) KPIs o Service Management one (1) Scorecard and up to ten (10) KPIs o Application Health Management one (1) Scorecard and up to five (10) KPIs
