The Midwest Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and culturally-aware Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Work Environment

This position offers a unique remote working arrangement, allowing you to perform your duties from home while maintaining close ties with your counseling team and the broader organization. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to adjust schedules based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gather comprehensive information about patients' backgrounds, experiences, and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Possession of a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • A valid license in the state of Texas as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
