Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments and detailed evaluations to identify clientsโ€™ mental health needs and concerns, utilizing standardized tools and interviews.

  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions, drawing on diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Active LPC licensure in the state of Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
