This is a fully remote position where our clinicians utilize technology to connect with clients through telehealth platforms. • Conduct thorough initial assessments and engaging evaluations to identify the emotional and psychological needs of clients, determining individualized treatment plans based on their unique situations.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, offering support to individuals, couples, families, and groups to address a wide range of mental health challenges.
• Employ various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, tailoring strategies to meet each client's specific requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure comprehensive care and support for each client.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, adhering to ethical standards and legal compliance to uphold the integrity of the counseling practice.
• Commit to continuous professional development by staying updated on the latest research and trends in mental health through workshops and training.

The LPC will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from children to adults, each facing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services, ideally in a clinical or telehealth setting.
• Deep understanding of ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing counseling practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to establish rapport and effective therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies.

• Specialization in trauma-informed care, substance abuse treatment, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience in providing culturally competent care in a telehealth environment.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
