• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to create customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical standards, safeguarding client confidentiality while adhering to legal regulations.
• Stay abreast of advancements in mental health research by participating in workshops and professional development opportunities that enhance therapeutic practices.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele—including individuals, couples, families, and groups—each facing unique mental health challenges. • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

The compensation package for this role is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, contingent on caseload and experience.
