Job description

ABM has an exciting new opportunity for a Vice President, Test & Balance Services. The Vice President of Test & Balance (T&B) Services provides enterprise leadership for ABM’s T&B business, driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and consistent delivery quality across all assigned geographies. Ensures operational and sales compliance with NEBB/TABB requirements and delivering T&B solutions for clients. The VP sets the overall strategy, standards, and performance expectations for the business.

This role leads multi-region operations and sales execution, develops scalable service delivery and training programs, ensures strong quality/document control practices for all required T&B reporting, and partners with Finance leaders to drive forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.

The VP is also responsible for labor strategy and workforce performance with experience managing both union and non-union workforces strongly preferred.

Pay: $143,500 - $266,500

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
