Mobile Member Account Advisor
Starting Pay: $21.66/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Additional Pay Opportunities: Team members who obtain and maintain a CDL and those with certified Spanish or Somali proficiency may qualify for additional compensation. Up to $100.00 bi-weekly stipend may be offered for each.
What You'll Do
As a Mobile Member Account Advisor, you'll be the welcoming face of First Alliance Credit Union on our Mobile Branch-bringing trusted financial services directly into the communities we serve. More than a traditional branch role, you'll help expand access to banking services, build meaningful relationships, and create memorable member experiences at every stop.
The Mobile Branch is your home base as you travel throughout our service area, meeting members where they live, work, and gather.
In this role, you will:
  • Connect & Guide - Deliver a warm, professional experience while helping members open accounts and access solutions that meet their financial needs.
  • Advise & Educate - Provide personalized guidance that empowers members to make informed financial decisions and achieve their goals.
  • Grow Relationships - Identify opportunities to support members through lending and other credit union services, guiding them from application through funding.
  • Solve & Support - Process transactions, resolve account concerns, and handle complex member requests with accuracy, care, and professionalism.
  • Engage the Community - Serve as an ambassador for First Alliance Credit Union, building trust and strengthening relationships at community events and Mobile Branch stops.
  • Collaborate - Work closely with teammates across the organization to deliver a consistent and exceptional member experience.
  • Operate the Mobile Branch - Help ensure the Mobile Branch remains organized, professional, and ready to serve members each day.
  • Travel & Drive - Participate in the Mobile Branch's travel schedule and obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) within 90 days of hire to support driving responsibilities in accordance with DOT and safety requirements.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL within 90 days of hire (First Alliance will pay for it!)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems
  • Ability to travel regularly as part of the Mobile Branch schedule

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, or financial services
  • Cash handling experience
  • Bilingual Spanish or Somali language skills
