Job description

POSITION: Tracker/Field Researcher

LOCATION: Atlanta, Georgia

 

American Bridge 21st Century PAC, a progressive research and communications organization dedicated to holding Republicans accountable for their words and actions, is hiring a Tracker/Field Researcher to join our Tracking team for the 2026 cycle. This position is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Primary responsibilities include:

      Researching, analyzing, and identifying public events for tracking

      Documenting public events and editing footage

      Analyzing content gathered and identifying key moments, trends, or patterns to serve underlying strategy

      Preparing reports with content analysis

      Monitoring and keeping up-to-date with current events and politics

      Collaborating with other teams on communications or projects

Skills and qualifications required: 

      Effective time management skills: the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects independently and on time

      Excellent research skills and ability to analyze content in a fast-paced environment

      Attention to detail

      The ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in making decisions

      Camera/editing experience is preferred but not required

      Availability to work week nights and weekends as needed

      A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle required

      Bilingual fluency; Spanish speakers are strongly encouraged to apply.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 for this position and a strong benefits package. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
