Bilingual Member Experience Representative III ( Personal Banker / Relationship Banker )

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to our members, helping them with their everyday banking needs and more. Your primary responsibilities will go beyond answering questions - you'll actively identify opportunities to recommend products and services tailored to each member's financial goals. From helping them save money to enhancing their overall financial health, you'll be a key resource in improving their financial landscape.

As a Bilingual Member Experience Representative III, you'll be instrumental in increasing members' wallet share by cross-selling relevant products, such as new accounts, car loans, or home equity lines of credit. Your ability to provide valuable solutions and personalized advice will make you a trusted financial partner for every member you assist.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be fluent in both English and Spanish, enabling you to serve a diverse member base across various communication channels-phone, chat, email, and video chat. You'll help members navigate our offerings, address inquiries related to products and services, and support them in areas like lending, fraud prevention, and digital services.

Basic Expectations for Bilingual Member Experience Representative III:

  • Provide members and potential members with informed, prompt, professional and accurate service and support through various channels including phone, e-mail, chat, and video calls in English and Spanish.
  • Meet and exceed all Credit Union service standards with each member interaction.
  • Process member transactions and documents with no errors
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of all relevant policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Some of the things we look for in a Bilingual Member Experience Representative III are:

  • At least 12 months of relevant experience.
  • Ability to provide top notch service with every member interaction, including the ability to communicate promotions effectively.
  • Previous sales experience and proven success in this environment.
  • One to twelve months of similar or related experience.
  • A high school education or GED.
  • Ability to navigate/operate a PC in a Windows based system with ease.

Compensation & Benefits:

Budgeted starting hourly rate: $23.38/hour + eligible to earn production-based incentives

  • Matching Contributions after 1000 hours of service, 21 years of age and six months of employment. You may begin your contribution on the first pay period of the calendar quarter after one full month of employment. Entry is quarterly.
  • Safe Harbor contributions. CTCU provides every eligible employee a contribution of 3% of compensation. In order to participate in the employer contributions under Safe Harbor, you must be 21 years of age, have 12 months of service and work at least 1,000 hours during that 12 months. Safe Harbor funds are 100% vested and employees who have met eligibility requirements are eligible to receive the Safe Harbor contribution by completing one hour of service. Safe Harbor entry is semi-annually.
