JOB DETAILS

Job Summary

The Receptionist is responsible for managing front-desk operations, ensuring accurate handling of customer interactions, administrative tasks, and communication processes. This role supports overall store operations by maintaining organization, ensuring proper documentation, and providing a professional and efficient point of contact for customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reception desk operations to ensure consistent coverage during business hours

  • Greet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional and efficient manner

  • Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or personnel

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with company standards

  • Ensure compliance with required documentation and posting requirements

  • Monitor and organize incoming and outgoing communications, including messages and inquiries

  • Assist with coordinating internal communication between departments

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the reception area

  • Identify and escalate operational issues, documentation concerns, or compliance gaps
