Dameron Hospital is a fully accredited, non-profit, 200+ bed community hospital providing acute and tertiary level care to San Joaquin County residents. Position Summary:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: under the supervision of the Radiologist, the technologist is responsible for administering x-rays to patients. Operates X-ray equipment, processes images in computerized radiology (CR) and Picture Archiving Communication Systems (PACS), and prepares examination room and patient for procedure. Stocks supplies and materials for the department. Must be able to perform jobs in all patient care and operational areas subject to reasonable accommodations, also be able to employ all mandatory safety devices and procedures. Also, must participate in the Respiratory Protection Program, which may include the wearing of a respirator. This is a union position. Salary Range: $44.02-$53.24/hourly
Requirements:
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
  • Completion of Radiologic Health Sciences of California program.
Experience:
  • Preferred but not required.
Licenses/Certificates:
  • California State CRT license and State Fluoroscopy Permit
  • Current BLS Certification through AHA required,
  • ARRT license preferred.
