Duration: 6 months to begin with

Payrate: 23$/hr

Location: Union,NJ, 07083(1-3 days onsite)

Position Summary

The Scheduler Assistant is part of a scheduling team that is responsible for ensuring client maintains compliance and successfully completes customer generated workload. This temporary role will be responsible for support in administrative job related functions.

Essential Functions  

·        Performing outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments.

·       Supporting coordination of permitting, mark outs, traffic control as needed for scheduled work.

·     Assisting in updating workforce management systems with weekly/monthly schedules.

·    Assigning work orders to field crews within workforce management systems. 

·        Pulling service cards and records as needed. 

·         Performing other job-related duties as assigned.
