) Achievement Behavior Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to work one-on-one with a 9-year-old male client in Essex County, NJ.
Summer Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 1:30 PM start time
- Approximately 2 hours per day
School Year Schedule (Expected):
- Monday-Friday
- 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM
This case is expected to continue beyond the summer, making it a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent, long-term part-time hours.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Work directly with the client in the home and/or community setting
- Collect data and document session progress
- Help develop communication, social, and daily living skills
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with the client and family
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children preferred
- RBT certification is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to commit to a consistent schedule
