Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, allowing for accurate clinical diagnoses and the development of individualized treatment plans.
  • Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions and tailor techniques to match each client’s distinct needs.
  • Engage in crisis intervention procedures to support clients facing acute mental health emergencies, providing immediate assistance and stability.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential client documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, that comply with ethical and legal standards of practice.
